how did u do the color transition inside?

oh and some more ques.
1) How long do u bake Sculpey Polymer clay (White)
2) what do u bake it with
3) what do u bake it on
4) how do u clean up after
5) if its dangerous to bake it inside, i heard that u can bake it inside a plastic bag. is this true?
